Located off the Powell Street exit west of I-80, Emeryville has two marinas – Emeryville Marina, a public marina, and Emery Cove Yacht Harbor, a private marina. The marinas are nestled between two great restaurants with the infamous Trader Vic’s  ( birthplace of the Mai Tai) on one side and popular Hong Kong East Ocean on the other. Alongside the marinas, situated on the San Francisco Bay is a grassy park and a walking path full of beautiful views and picnic areas. You will find people sailing, boating, kayaking, fishing, kite-boarding, windsurfing and paddle boarding all around in the marina area.

Surrounding the marina area is the Watergate residential community, The Towers office buildings, the Watergate Market, Best Coast Burritos, Chevy’s Fresh Mex Mexican restaurant and many established and start-up businesses.
